HORIZON HOSPICE MEMORIAL GARDEN

As you walk through the beautiful rose garden located in the Elko Main City Park, you will see plaques lining the garden with the names of our beloved family members and friends who has since passed. This garden is in their honor.

The rose garden stands as a test to the unwavering dedication of our volunteers. If you happen to spot a weed or rose bush in need of pruning, we warmly invite you to join us in this beautiful community effort, to be a part of -the living, breathing heart of our garden.

"Horizon Hospice is a wonderful group of folks!!! Billie Jean is amazing, loving, kind, knowledgeable and oh sooo helpful!!! They were a wonderful support for my husband, John Fosmo and our family during the most difficult experience of our lives!!! It was such a comfort to not be alone!! It has been about a year and a half now since John went to be with Jesus, and I am still feeling the love and support!!! If you find yourself needing this type of service, you won’t find anyone else that offers the care they do!!!! What a blessing!"
