Horizon Hospice is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Horizon Hospice is run by a dedicated Executive Director, Billie Jean Crawford, and a passionate group of volunteers who have banded together to help their neighbors in need.

At Horizon Hospice, clients and their loved ones are actively involved in the decision-making process about their care.
